Terms And Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the relationship between Total Access Travel LLC d/b/a Total Access Travel Co. (“TAT” and/or “we/us/our”) and you, the purchaser or traveler (“Client” and “you/your”). By planning travel with TAT, you agree to be bound by these terms and acknowledge that TAT acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and other services (“Supplier(s)”) and is not the source or provider of the travel services. These terms include warranties and disclaimers and exclusions of liability and may restrict your rights and remedies and provide protection to TAT.

Use of TAT Services, Access and Information for Travel Bookings

You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and to make travel bookings with TAT. You agree to be financially responsible for all travel bookings you make with us, whether made on behalf of yourself or for other members of your traveling party. You warrant that all information supplied by you on behalf of yourself, members of your household, or others for whom you are authorized to transact business with us is true and accurate. You agree that you will only make legitimate reservations or purchases with TAT and its Suppliers, and you acknowledge that any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation is prohibited.

TAT accepts all bookings solely as the booking agent for the travel Suppliers on your itinerary. Separate Supplier terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. By booking travel through TAT, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed by each Supplier selected for your itinerary.

Payments, Cancellations, and Changes to Bookings

You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your travel bookings through TAT. By submitting a credit card authorization form, you authorize TAT to use your payment method to purchase travel products on your behalf. Except in cases of fraud, you agree not to dispute or charge back payments to avoid compliance with booking terms.

Travel Documents and Identification Requirements

It is the responsibility of each Client to obtain and carry valid passports, visas, and all documents required by applicable government regulations. Beginning May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant license or other acceptable identification will be required for domestic U.S. flights.

Risks and Safety

Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. By booking travel with TAT, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with travel, including potential injury, illness, property loss, or delays.

Limitations of Responsibility and Disclosure

TAT acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal Suppliers and does not control or operate the services provided. TAT disclaims liability for any acts, omissions, or failures of Suppliers and limits any recovery to commissions actually received.

Force Majeure

TAT shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or supplier failures. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Travel Insurance

TAT offers access to travel insurance, though insurance is not included unless specifically stated. Without insurance, cancellations or interruptions may result in loss of funds. TAT is not a licensed insurance broker and cannot guarantee claim approvals.

General Terms

The laws of the State of Illinois govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes must be brought in Clinton County, Illinois, within twelve (12) months of trip completion. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Client and TAT.
