Stacy is a wonderful agent. She handled everything and made sure we were informed in advance of each days itinerary. A once in a lifetime experience for me and my wife. Thoroughly enjoyed our Danube river cruise and visit to Prague, Czech Republic.
Planning another trip, I needed advice and contacted Stacy about a European river cruise. Stacy has helped me with a different trip in the past. She helped me find the right cruise line suitable to my needs. As she has been on river cruises and could tell me the difference between the different companies.
Stacy also was able to save me $500 with a promotional code. Another couple going with us booked their trip with a travel agent from another company and saved nothing on their cabin. I also mentioned to my friend, my travel agent said if she didn’t put the trip on her credit card, she could save another 3%. She said no her travel agent told her it could cost her 3% more if she put the trip on her card. Stacy had the correct info.
Someone else going on the same trip only at a different time frame tried to use the air thru the cruise line and wanted to fly home thru another city. They even called the cruise line and was told no. However, Stacy called the cruise line and was able to let me use the airfare flying from another city.

Recently travelled to Branson, Missouri. This was a wonderful bus trip. We saw some wonderful shows and had so much fun on the bus with a great group people.
Our travel agent was awesome. She not only provided Water and snacks. She took care of people with special issues. I for one had a recent injury with my arm, and she made sure that I was situated so that my arm would not be hurt by people passing. Another person Thought that their blood pressure may be high and so she had that checked out. It’s not only the great meals and the great shows but it’s a special Caring touch that goes a long way.
